What did this game do well?

****************************

Simple concept; Easy to understand; Very minimal; Nice progression system (getting faster as time goes on); Nice background.

I really liked how this game had a moving background in the back. Without it, it'll feel a little weird because you can't really tell the player is moving. I like the idea of flipping the gravity and I feel like you can really build up this game if you wanted to.

The game is simple and very intuitive. It's easy for the player to understand what is going on and how it should be played. I like the background movement, which keeps the player distracted when some spikes take time to appear on the screen.

What could this game have done better?

****************************

Maybe there could have been other things than just the spikes like some coins or something to incentivize going TO a place rather than going AWAY from a place.

There could be more kinds of obstacles that require different kinds of interactions rather than dodging. Like the professor mentioned, adding maybe a middle platform to give players a choice would also be cool. Maybe collecting stuff along the way as would be nice too.

When the user presses the space bar, the ball switches very quickly to the opposite wall. When I think it's safe for me to switch and switch, because the movement of the ball is so sudden, I switch too early and the game ends. I think this part is a little misleading and feels kind of odd in terms of timing.
