I like VGA + audio minijack or HDMI?

Notes
We are making a game for the nintendo entertainment system. Unfortunatly the NES can do neither VGA nor HDMI. We do have a CRT TV with us, if you can film the game running and put that on a projector screen it would be the coolest solution otherwise we can play it on an emulator and output through hdmi, but original console will be way better ;).
