• Well done on your jam! Overall, your game was very well done. Given more time, it would have been great to add some animation to the water sprites and possibly some borders to the island sprites to separate their appearance a little. When giving people items, you currently just have an empty screen that says "Yes" and "No". Definitely add some sort of indicator that you are giving people items. There are also some characters who ask for specific items, but those items aren't actually listed. For example, Ray says "No ITEM1? GO AWAY!" but there is no indication as to what he is looking for. I would suggest focusing on polish for your next project (or when finishing this one!) The game is very cute and mechanically sound, but having some more animations, adding a nicer dialogue box, and some nicer menu screens would really make the game stand out. Great job team!
