  • Very cute concept and good execution. The characters are great and the music creates a very calming vibe! Some things to consider: - The ordering of creating the drinks is quite confusing. At first glance, it seems like nothing happened when clicking on the water bucket and the boil button wouldn't do anything. Some sort of visual indicator that the water is being added to the cauldron (on the cauldron sprite itself) would be very useful. Same with putting the boiled water into the cup. I would reorder everything to it goes "Bucket - Cauldron - Tea/Coffee - Honey" as that would be much more intuitive to players. - You can also endlessly pour coffee and tea into the same cup. Creating a cap so you can only use one or the other would highly benefit your game. - Having a character say "I am happy with anything" and then providing a specific order is counterintuitive. Either have the character provide an order up front, or let the users decide what drink to make. Or both, but at different times. - The money UI box doesn't match the rest of the UI. Having everything be the same will greatly benefit the polish of your game. - I would love to see some sort of interaction happen when you get an order wrong! Show me some upset customers! You mention on your itch page that you used someone's art for the background but don't know who. In future, if you cannot find the person to credit for art you have used, just do not include it. This would have been a perfect reason to reach out and ask for an extension. Overall, love the concept! Obviously this game was made during a very short time frame, so don't take any criticism too harshly! You have a great game here if you keep working on it and focus on polishing the little things.

Congratulation for your first gam! It works and the atmosphere is indeed cosy,  and I like the art style. All of it makes me thing about my childhood games, it's cute.

If I had a suggestion for later that could significantly improve the overall game, it would be regarding the UI. It's important to feel that it is an integral part of the game, and it helps to better immerse oneself in the atmosphere.
