- Clear gameplay and a good challenge to actually reach the monster's weak point! The grapple was well implemented and easy to use, I had lots of fun jumping around the creature to get to its back and stabbing it was satisfying. A very clear loop that was optimized to be fun on its own without the need for much ornaments around it, which is perfect when done in a short time like this game was for the jam! Good understanding of balancing and what makes gameplay fun! If you want to add to the game in the future, having the grapple go out even when not aimed or close enough to the monster to actually grapple can be a fun idle mechanic to offer the player when the monster isn't nearby. Having a radar, or a dodge can also be something fun to try and program into the game — since it's a first person, no need for much animations either!
