  • Thanks for joining our jam! I see what you're trying to do here, and I think it is a fun concept. However, the controls were difficult to get used to and buggy at times. I couldn't delete the tiles occasionally, sometimes tiles I placed would randomly disappear or just not place at all, and at one point the game just glitched out and I couldn't send any more fish out. I tried it again, and the fish got stuck underneath the first corner tile I placed. The UI wasn't super intuitive, I didn't know exactly what the numbers in the box meant other than the timer. Sometimes I would accidentally click over a UI tile button and it would place a tile underneath where the UI is, and the same thing would happen if I tried to switch tiles. It was also tedious to scroll back and forth to see the rest of the map. It would have been better to increase the resolution of the game, and have the entire map be able to be shown on screen at once. The art style is extremely simple, which is fine for a prototype, but it's not visually appealing. I think as a puzzle game, it would be fine if there was more variety in tiles in the future levels and interesting level design, but right now, it's frustrating to play with these controls.
