Feedback:

Positives:

Loved the snappy feeling movement of the characters, which was further emphasized by the usage of SFX.

Music was calm and soothing even though it didn't quite compliment the game's visuals.

Negatives:

Wished the enemies were scrambled evenly.

Enemies left you in a state of hopelessness after being hit.

There was a progressive difficulty increase in the enemies, although procedural would make it more interesting.

Title Screen is disorienting, drags player away from the pixel art style of the game. Title font of the game was jarring to look at.

Games visuals are repetitive and bland, usage of the explosion VFX when hitting an enemy would add some more flair to the game.

I'd love to see an update (sequel?) to the game, and I'm quite interested with what can be achieved with it, like for example the engaging of a battle when hitting an enemy giving the player an opportunity to redeem themselves instead of the utter lack of control and the feeling of hopelessness.
