This was really cute! I really like how its telling a story. The transition/loading screen between levels was cute too. And I really liked how the items grow a bit when you hover them so you know what you're picking up. Good work!
Was there only two levels? Otherwise this was a great little game! the difficulty ramped up really quickly, but i still enjoyed it and played it throught. Lovely
Thanks for the feedback! We were only able to use about a third of the time this Mini Jam. Originally we had planned for a second level where you pack the car before driving home but had to cut it for time - but we got a cute transition screen out of it! Maybe something we can add more to in the future :)
The graphics are so cute! Might be nice if there was a grid in the suitcase, it was sometimes hard to tell how much space there was left where. Nice job!
Thanks for the feedback! Our intention was to follow games like A Little to the Left that rely on "snapping" to the grid to give it a more organic feel than a fully visible grid. Although a grid toggle option could be a cool idea (or even subtle hints at the grid w/ suitcase straps/patterns)
The visuals in this game looks really good! I really like the simplify of the and I had fun packing my luggage, it was really challenging! Some of the hitbox was little off for me though, but overall it was a really nice game! Great work making this game!
Thanks for the feedback! Having to pack the same bag over and over and over in testing made me a pro at the puzzle so it was hard to gauge difficulty during development - that's something we'll have make sure we keep in mind if we end up expanding on this in the future :)
Do you happen to have more info on which hitboxes you had difficulties with?
