The game is very cute and cartoony, the ghosts are absolutely NOT scary, however I think E10+ is the most safe choice as it does have cartoonish violence.

A hand-drawn rhythm game at halloween where you must defend your candies from ghosts by hitting them with your baseball bat at the beat of the music
