Really unique mechanic. Summon minions/restoring mana via the magical swan is such a great idea.
I did encounter some issues when playing though. It seems that after time, one of my attacks just doesn't work anymore. In one play-through, both mouse button no longer works after some time, and in another, right click doesn't work. Mana was full in both scenarios.

Developer

Thanks! But also weird, never encountered a bug like that when working on it. But if I had to guess it's probably related to disabling your attacks while using the bigger AOE attack not resetting properly for some reason.

Still managed to replicate it without pressing F in a playthrough though.
I've managed to get the logs as it happened. Its on the line that was called 33 times (sword on cooldown)

Developer

Weird, but also I'm probably not going to update this game ever, it's only created to be part of this jam. I haven't play tested the webgl version as much as I tested the game just in the editor, so that might somehow be where the bug came from.

Fun game, I really liked the visuals and the audio made me nostalgic for old flash games. The difficulty balancing felt a bit off -- the enemies seemed way stronger than the swans considering how many enemies spawned. I think they could use lower health pools -- maybe around 5 so the AOE could one-hit kill them. I also think you regain mana too slowly and don't get the chance to use specials as often. I think it could be a lot of fun with more upgrades; maybe ways to make your summoned swans stronger.

Developer

Yeah I had considered most of those things, but simply didn’t have the interest to keep working much on this game. The balancing was probably the trickiest part, especially when me as the dev kept playing it over and over. It used to be way harder and I personally think it’s a bit too easy now. Thanks for the feedback tho!
