Quirky game you got here. This is a pretty awesome idea.  Audio would be good to add for sure.  Perhaps different levels which use different pieces? Amounts of pieces? Anyway, this all being said very well done for your first project! I hope you continue development on it. 

You can press on stairs(?) sprite and you'll win at any position. Overall game idea is fun and interesting!
