Welcome to the first GVE Summer Showcase, presented to you by Staffordshire University's Games and Visual Effects Department.

This is the itch.io jam for the Games Animation Category.

Entries into this category should be animations produced following a games pipeline. This can be either gameplay animations (loops etc.) or cinematic elements presented in a games engine.

This category will be judged on the following criteria:

• Concept Potential
• Presentation Quality
• Appeal / Visual Style

The GVE Summer showcase is supported by an array of industry judges from companies such as Playground Games, Codemasters, Creative Assembly, Sumo Digital and many more.
