Judge feedback

- Have to press P until player 1 gets the token. player 1 defaults to fantasy every time so can only judge 1 game type. fantasy game type appears to be broken as can only drop one ingredient into barrel. really disappointing turn around for 21 people in 7 weeks if it's not even playable beyond that.
- Minigames (like most games in this genre) are a mixed bag, some instantly fun, others are difficult to get your head around in the tiny space of time you have. Bugs/Feedback - Very buggy and needs snappier descriptions but impressed with the number of minigames. - Good char design and animation. - Good main menu layout and fun that it’s interactive. - Options to play with less than 4 players would be good, or at least a time out for some games e.g. Seance. - Not all the games seem to work or are unclear. E.g. Fishing Finest. A lot of mini-games, but not a lot of polished ones. - Completing the sports games did not allow us to select another. - Are the white boxes supposed to be videos? They did not load for my build. Needs more concise descriptions of minigames
- Super ambitious! The variety of minigames was impressive. There were a few bugs, and the different games weren't always compelling.
- - Lovely stylised trailer. Shows of the concepts of the game clearly - it's a multiplayer mini-game type game. Good choice of music :) - Really ambitious project and a technical achievement to have that many functional mini-games available to play. Really like the structure of the tutorial panels, keeping it nice and concise. Perhaps need some tooltips in-game to help players out - particularly on the potions one. - Audio design is good! The 8-bit era lives! Potentially needs to be paired up with the visuals a little bit more. The arcade room looks excellent (and is a great way to present a game mode picking UI) and matches the audio quite well. The games themselves perhaps need to be stylised into 8-bit era looking assets too - potentially 3D sprites, or an interpretation of sprites as 3D models. - Bug that meant I couldn't play the food ones - it loaded sport instead... - Split screen game modes were excellent! - I can see this being a really excellent party game! - I think several the mini games need a touch more polish - as some key information is missing from the UI, such as a meter to show how close to being caught the fish is, as an example. For me - a game like this is all about the pace, so you can get lots of games in and rotate the players quite quickly and for me, the pace is a little bit too slow for some of the games, or they don't end quite quickly enough. E.g. the dodgeball game carries on until all players die, rather than ending the moment there is only one player left, and the shooting game lasts a bit too long. The memory game could also use a timeout. Push the game towards being more manic :) - Some tool tips in the arcade would also be nice :)
