- Really like the complexity and movement of the breakdancing puppet. Great start on the facial expressions, keep practicing and experimenting to help convey natural human emotions even more.
- Keyframing dance animations are extremely difficult to do for even experienced animators, so its a brave attempt at creating one that is so long, and all in one camera shot. I applaud the attempt, but it lacks many basic animation principles. I would recommend looking into these principles further, and implement them into future work. Start with simple techniques for simple actions to develop a stronger understanding of character animation.
- Body language showed promise, but lip sync way off. Some merging on the limbs taking place with the dancing. A lot of stock rigs used.
- Well done on trying a variety of animated scenes, its good to develop skills in both action and dialogue of characters. Something to develop further perhaps would be snappier transitions between each pose. All the best for your future in animation.
- cool reel.
