The man's movement is done by up arrow key moves up etc while the woman is mirrored up arrow moves them down. The same is true for resource collection and and resource and barrier destruction.

To use passion you must first collect flowers for your lover this can be done by pressing the c button and aiming with the arrow keys.

To get a higher score you want to destroy the resources AKA the flowers. By pressing z then an arrow key for direction.

In order to charge your passion you must pick up flowers for your significant other this will charge your passion while destroying the flowers will lower your passion but give you a higher score. The higher your passion level the more resources and barriers you can destroy at once. The passion attack can be used by pressing x and arrow keys to aim.
