I quite like the premise- You aren't really supposed to be able to win, because a single doctor can't fight a pandemic on their own. The increasing rush of patients captures this feeling well. The only issue I have with this is the fact that at most only one death per second can be logged, as it rather diminishes how impactful the deaths feel. Aside from that, great work overall!
