Game Description
Dine & Dash is a short Eat-Em-Up where you jump into the fur of a hungry street cat, itching for a meal. Eat as many plates as you can in the short window before you get caught! This game was a short creation put together by our small team of two: Liyizhang and Moohm, for The Godot Wild Jam #63.

How does your game tie into the theme?
Its all about a cat on an adventure to eat all they can! Originally we intended for there to be a Pup rival to beat you to food but with a complicated week coming up during development time we had to scale back our plans and work. We did our best!

I think you have a good start on something here.  Its a shame you were not able to add in the Pup Rival, that would have been interesting to try out.

Maybe you could have had a Pup chef chasing you around the restaurant and you had to try and eat as many plates before getting caught.  Add in  some things to hide behind/underneath, such as tables and chairs.

I know you were not able to implement the graphics you wanted, but maybe having a cat tongue popping out to give an idea on where/when the best time to eat would be.

Awh these are all great ideas! Scope and life really caught us out here but we're going to tinker with things when we have time again and I love you suggestions :)

Thanks for taking the time to read and play!

The game lacks some mechanics, but the music, scenario and idea is nice!

Yeah sadly we couldn't get as much as we could done in the time frame, but as a Godot Newbie I'm glad with what we achieved!

Thanks for giving it a go and for the feedback!
