All actual game play is composed of one button press. you make money, take damage, gain health and are pressured into taking risks all in a pull of a lever. I hope you appreciate the coin multiplier mechanic that increases as your life decreases, i belive that this is what makes this game unique. you can risk your money by pulling the lever at low health for a much larger payout, but if you run out of life you lose all the coins you gained since the last time you cashed out.
