Really cool game and I was playing it for a while. I think some description on your itch page would go a long way to explain how it works. For instance it took me a while to understand how to mine for essense.

Sorry for caps. But this is a nice game! Great  entry to the jam. Stunning visuals, but noone will guess that if you don`t include screenshots and maybe have a nicer entrypage. Only takes a few minutes! This is a well done TD game. I like the iplementation of the 2 factions. Could see this beeing extanded upon as a mobile game. Very well done. Now: SCREENSHOTS!

Really loved the style and art of the game, a little bit too complex at the start and a small tutorial would have been appreciated. Got to wave 40 were i was able to put way too many towers making it a little bit too easy.  Good game.

Since being able to play it with all the scripts working we have also found the same thing. We're currently planning on creating another branch of the project and progressing it further to polish it off and add quality of life bits like what you mentioned.
