If you look at the game over screen you can see it gives you two options: press K to restart or press P to go back to the main menu!

what i meant was if you don't build the factory fast enough it will not give you more resources and that way soft locks. i did notice the restart and main menu

Hi! You only get 5 units of each resource and need to craft 5 products to achieve 100% completion. :)
