Tested on a system with a Covington CPU and FreeDOS 1.0.  Runs at a slowish but still perfectly playable framerate ("slowish" meaning it's fast enough that I can't give an estimate as to what it actually is, though it feels like 15 FPS).

So, in short: It works!

And a critique: There doesn't seem to be a way to delete a misplaced piece of train track.
