The game looks very good, but it's a bit hard to grad on (i personally struggled at the second level at the second laser until i figured out i need to crouch and jump in order to pass it), and the lights are too bright . Also what does E do, because i couldn't find any difference (but I am probably stupid here). Anyway great game
Basically pressing "E" should change how fast or slow time goes randomly. This can help you or hurt you in certain circumstances.
