The style looks cool and I'm curious to see how the concept develops, however there's not much going on with the map so I'm not too sure about the objective of the game yet.
Congrats on making a playable prototype! I was also a bit confused like the other commenter mentioned, until I read the README file. It seems the first time I booted the prototype all the enemies were not moving and just a bunch of static circles in the middle of the screen. Second time they were closing in on the PC as intended I think. In any case, good luck with the next steps, and the dino sprite looks cute!
I feel like your prototype should have been fleshed out a little more. I wasn't sure the purpose of the game play. I managed to figure out hitting space does something but I wasn't entirely sure what I was supposed to accomplish and I couldn't aim either.
