Buu AI Styles Used
Enviroment
Inspiration and Process
My inspiration was imagining where the lost city of Atlantis could be. When trying to imagine places I decided to try and go for a strange style due to the creative freedom that Buu grants. With this freedom i ended up picturing Atlantis as a lost world adrift in space, a bubble all that keeps it from the harsh vacuum all around. Using Buu I was able to quickly iterate this idea generating various different pieces of coral, scenery and landscape. Having this ability to quickly iterate quickly proved useful as initial ideas and concepts were able to be scrapped and improved upon to be able to form the beautiful aquatic world set adrift. Furthermore Buu didn't just enable quick iteration but enabled me to add far more detail than I otherwise would've been able to with coral pillar reaching towards the sky with small sections jutting out across the mass. Alongside numerous smaller corals all with incredible detail that otherwise wouldn't have existed. Lastly the unique art styles that arose from the models generated directly challenged any ideas I had, leaving me to be able to upscale from a basic concept to a unique art style and execution. Thank you.
Are 75% or more of your 3d assets are generated using Buu AI?
Yes, the only asset not generated by Buu is the manta ray flying in the sky
