Unfortunately, for the game to work you need to upload the entire folder created by Unity/UE as a .rar and not just the .exe
You'll get it next time!
The application sadly can't be run without the other files made during the build process.
The exe file does not seem to work alone. Can you zip the folder which contains the exe file?
