The pit was supposed to be a chaotic place with hordes of enemies attacking you.

Couldn't find the rifle... Sad you lost the files, but you know you can always start creating a new game. :)
dang bro, I understand how you feel. try using Unity Collab or Git on future projects to prevent complete wipes. It runs a little laggy on my machine. I like the graphics though
