Turn(Math) based combat, you "exchange" parts with the boss, but odds are you will have blank/missing pieces in your ship making the "choice" of taking a boss weapon a no braine

I liked the art and the setting. The dialogue system is amazing. The movement and the controls are really good too. Overall this is a great game.

If you are interested, could you please play my game. It would really help.

Cool concept and really fun retro-cosmo-opera setting! Love the character's interactions. Great take on the them, but I personally wanted more interactions between projectiles in the gameplay, fazing through is just a little underwhelming(
Awesome game anyways!

Wow, this was a pleasant surprise, I thought to myself (Oh look, another SHMUP) This is a very unique game, I loved the pixel art style and use of colors here. The game itself has this strategy element that was so refreshing and fun, it took a bit to get used to but once you get the hang of it, it's a blast! Lastly, the music, oh my lord, the music is top-notch and fits the general style, the soundtrack just fits like a glove. Amazing work, you should be proud! :D

you monster you made me kill the fight the slums cadet (insert biblethump). Excellent game, can't say if it's exactly cobalt core cause I haven't played cobalt core, but it's great nonetheless. I cleared every fight with only 1 or 2 parts left on my ship and then I perfected the final boss, so either at that point I decided to turn my brain on or there's something weird in the balance of fights.

I loved the writing, the musics (it's really nice there was such a variety of them) and the art looked really good (although I didn't find the ship designs super interesting but it's a matter of taste I suppose). Gameplay was fun, somewhat unclear on some aspects (you keep parts on your ship even when they're destroyed, but you can't see what a part was before it got destroyed so you risk replacing something precious).

A great experience overall.

Really fun game and very well done. The fact that dying resets everything made me very lazy to restart, since the game is not that simple. But it's really fun, it would work well as a mobile game to pass the time.

This one was very fun! Unfortunately couldn't finish it, though. The deaths are very unforgiving considering new concepts are introduced in every fight, and they will almost definitely kill you if you don't already understand them. I'd definitely play a version of this that had some kind of checkpoint system.

I enjoyed the music. The play through was very much driven by the programming. I kind of felt it was just telling me what to do the whole time, while this makes for good explaining of how to play, not sure why I want to keep playing if it keeps telling me how to play. Maybe it let go a bit later on and let me do things on my own. It was interesting nonetheless and better designed then some games I reviewed so far so 3.5/5

still loved the name!
