How did you/your team interpret the theme?
I interpreted the theme to be a hero who actually had someone else do all of the work for them, so that they could become a famous social media "hero", when someone else actually kills all the enemies.

How was your/your team's experience in this jam?
It was great! I had a fun time brainstorming, and I loved diving back into Unity again. I can't wait to be making more games! This was also my first game jam, so I'm proud that I finished (even though 1am brain was dumb and decided not to submit).

Congrats on your first jam, it only gets better!

Congrats on submitting to your first jam! It's a lot of work! I had a good laugh the first time the 'hero' showed up to take a selfie. Definitely one of the more unique takes I've seen in this jam. The amount of knockback from the enemies is too much and you often get stuck ping-ponging between them until you die, so the game could really use some combat polish. Good effort!

The sprites are charming, but as other users pointed out you should be sure to set all of your pixel sprites filters to 'point' (in Unity, you can do this is the sprite editor that comes up in the inspector when you select a sprite asset) - that will deal with the blurring edges that you see on the main character and the enemies.

The enemies are a little strong too, as some other users have pointed out. The player has a tendency to get stuck inside of them and get combo'd to death.

I thought the premise was original and funny though! I had fun with this! And congrats on completing your first jam game, it's not easy work!!

It's a pity that the graphics are blurred, remember to set point no filter, and pixels per unit next time...

It has a good concept and I like that the fake hero is annoying. The art is blurry but I can live with that. There is no music though. But the thing that I really just have to criticize is the difficulty. EVERY SINGLE ENEMY IS WAAAY TOO OP! I mean when I hit them they can still damage me. But when they hit me I am stunned and I can't move and they just shoot me all over the place and kill me instantly because I can't defend. It's sooo annoying... don't even make me talk about the first boss fight... I can't even beat him. Fix the difficulty or just remember to make your game easier next time.

The game does not seem to load (for me at least).

If the game is stuck on the loading screen, then your browser might not support Unity WebGL

If the game shows a grey screen, then you need to press the fullscreen button

Hope this helps!
