Fun concept! Hard to judge distance with this camera view, maybe a hop mechanic or just a little more space between axes would be more forgiving. :)
I couldn't really get past the first axe. I think the colliders between the axes are a little too close and the sense of depth is not clear enough. Maybe the movement can be grid based and you have to move incrementally to avoid the axes.
