I really like the mix between 2D and 3D. I think the 3D aesthetic could use some work though. I also really like the concept of the game, but I feel it was not implemented as well as it could have been. A strong tutorial or written description could have made the game much more clear. Also some better feedback would help the player understand that he can progress through a wall.
I hope you pursue this idea, but clarify it a little more!
