Those are some cute sprites. I think the game's visuals would improve a lot if the sprites were a little more consistent, though. I think it mostly comes down to using consistent shading, either flat-shade everything or add some depth to everything, but don't mash up both styles.

Gameplay-wise, this seems to work fine. Collisions are a little unforgiving. Some more feedback would be nice, either through sound effects or maybe particle effects. Keep it up!
