- Presenting a collaborative multipolar independent board using a risk management framework inspired by finance. Applying this multi-stage/level framework to AI seems like a great idea and super relevant to use already legislated areas of commerce as a strong inspiration. Releasing technical documentation does not seem well-argued for and should probably be seen more as a decision of the AI governance board, though otherwise, the program seems very useful for catching risky scenarios. I really like that you included the roadmap. The continuous monitoring from a third-party also seems very useful and might even be done by governmental units. Bias bounties seem like a great idea. I'd love to see an in-depth investigation of both bias bounties and continuous third-party technical oversight!
