- It is a good proposal: Ensuring truthfulness, privacy and harmfulness as legal requirements along with controls for public information. The direct implementation seems slightly lacking as you mostly mention "OpenAI should continue to be concerned" which doesn't ensure that safety. A great next step would be to design public awareness campaigns and educational programs to promote understanding and responsible use of AI technologies among the general population, something that seems quite unique to your approach!
