A decent binding of Isaac reimplementation. The presence of music, kickass though it is, makes the absence of sound effects that much more noticeable, and it'd be nice if it looped properly. Pairing difficulty to bullet-sponginess has never really been a good take, especially when you can't increase your damage. Other than that, it looks pretty, maybe a little polish on the icons and it's good for graphics.

You're right about the lack of sound effects, I only had time to add the music, but I'd love to add new sound effects to the game. I also agree that the enemies could be improved, and I'm planning to add new mechanics for them in the future.
Really appreciate your comments, it helps me keep improving!
