The animation cicles are good, have a good timing and are appealing, but they are almost at blocking detail level. The information provided is minimal but correct, with references, drawings and some planning.
Personally I like the run cycle, it's at blocking detail but I think that matches the character's attitude.
When the character lifts the trunk over his head at the attack cycle, the extreme pose should be a bit more extreme , and the body should draw an arc from feet to top, also a longer pause at this point might improve the animation. When he puts the trunk on his back there's no weight, I think this part needs more work.
Overall some good animation here. It does get a little clunky in areas though, especially when the hands are placed on the floor...Maybe this is the IK/FK switching?
