That basically means that The Rock will start appearing in different locations. As you can see in the level which you receive this message, The Rock and the player are no longer spawned in the same place whereas in the past few levels The Rock spawn next to the player in each level. The game basically is more challenging since you also have to find your way to The Rock instead returning to the original position.

The dialogue in the first level is the introduction to the game. However, just in case, here is some guidance : 

The simplest movement / the movement I use is A+D and Space, you have to find certain rocks (Pressing E) and bring it back to The Rock. By collecting every "rocks" in each level, go back to The Rock and press E, you can proceed to the next level.
Left clicking with your mouse can mine dirt and Right clicking with your mouse can place dirt. The amount of dirt you can place is displayed on the top left corner.
