puzzle game. difficult. i hate pushing things around
good, fun, challenging game. story was good enough to keep me dialed in for several hours straight but I wouldn't care for it on second playthrough. lots of levels that made me stressed/frustrated due to time constraints, but overall fair. keybinds are impossible to rememeber at times. 8/10 quite a good puzzle game
4/5, pretty fun and decent progression. scratches my itch for upgrades and tasks and stuff, even if a bit basic. I'd play it probably only once though.
fun sandbox simulator type game, very relaxing. enjoyed it, 8/10 but got tired of doing the levels towards the end
3.5/5. Generally liked the ideas in here and the storytelling, but the puzzles never built on each other and some of them just felt weird or out of place. by the last chapter or two it was very hard to suspend reality for the game and the game was just dragging on. bits of pixel-clicking trying to find a specific object in investigative scenes on occasion. Would not replay.
I absolutely love this game. It's a super polished restaurant simulator with tons and tons of recipes to make, "levels" where you work as a chef for hire, and other things you can do (check email, decorate interior, work your own store and swap menus and balance things, buy recipes, etc). Art is great, premise is great, so much content, just ridiculously well-executed. 10/10. I've probably played this for 10+ hours.
narrative deckbuilder; art and music are solid, play mechanic feels different and certainly imparts the feel of having conversations with people with your limited arsenal of personality/knowledge.
I did 1 playthrough, ~3-4 hours? probably will have to play through a few more times to really find out the story behind everyone and everything. I'm not super into deckbuilding games but it's still a lovely game and I think someone who does like deckbuilders with story would enjoy this laidback gem. 4/5
lovely exploration game simulating the silk road. loved the advisor mechanics, encounters, lore, and journey. I only played the easiest "level" as a trader (didn't feel like battling and conquering things) but still vastly enjoyed the game. I wish that there was a free exploration mode where you could just go and try to uncover the entire map after you've "won" but unfortunately that isn't a thing.
still would recommend. 8/10. probably played for 4-5 hours?
insanely, incredibly, amazingly plotted story. each route has its own writing and it never felt stale to do the replays. the characters and sub characters are incredibly well fleshed out, vibrant, and exhibit change. love the subversion and twisting of fairytales and creative liberties taken with the curses. strongly recommend playing in recommended order for best plot buildup. i played for roughly 12 hours to get all the endings. 10/10
lovely laid-back game. cute exploration, dialogue, item obtaining just because, etc. I really enjoyed the mechanics and little things you could do in the game and loved that I kept finding more things I could do as I went around the island.
highly recommended! took me like 2-3 hours (more if you do all the questy things), 9/10 --for a small game its full of things to do <3
I played this game some years back when i found it on rpgmaker as its unpolished/complete version.
I loved it back then for the story and "battle mechanics' and fresh use of rpgmaker, and the polished version is even better and throws in some extra bonuses I don't remember seeing in the old version. Love the art and premise for the game. 4.5/5, 3-4 hours to play
a small game where you play with a series of scenes, where a cord attached to a ball.
10 minutes ish
3/5
choose who lives or dies as grim reaper in a desk job; play through a few times to see some other endings! interesting premise for a game. 3-4ish hours, I played it though twice. 7/10 (interesting but got a bit boring at the end.)
the journey to screw in a lightbulb!
this is a very well-developed meta adventure game. a bit spoopy at times (but I spoop easily) but overall very wholesome and lovely.
6-8 hours?
Would recommend, 9.5/10
probably best as a two-player game. you do things to mess with the other team's money/reputation/quality by making various decisions/playing around a 'board'. I wish there were more instructions, I was dumped on the board without knowing what my objectives were or what was going to happen. it's like a CYOA game, but quite short. cute graphics and music but wish there was more content/made a bit more sense.
20ish min, 3/5
plot-driven and a bit like a CYOA game! using actual knowledge + cross-referencing what querents tell you can help you piece together what's happening across different patient cases. silly/humorous sung verses add to the whimsy.
some historical basis. fun way to pass a few hours (~3ish hours of playtime?) 3.5/5
