I've played through this a bit, and I can safely say that this game has a lot of potential. I love how it's expanded and changed since the earlier updates, considering all the developers are anonymous. I also like some of the meme references. Heh.
I can't help but love the art style, and the fact the game is monochrome except for things that are red. The locations were very nice, and so were the effects.
Overall, I enjoyed this Jam entry! The ending totally caught me off-guard, and I like the rock-paper-scissors type game you can play with the NPCs!
Very promising, I love the idea of a second, deeper nexus you can go to with an effect. I'm looking forward to the update for the next Jam! (This was written in mid-April of 2020, during the pandemic)
Although I haven't played this myself yet, I did see fudge stream it, and it looks really good! It's also in (from what I understand) a completely independant engine, which must've taken some hard work. Edit: I just played it a few days ago, and it was phenomenal. This is a masterpiece, damnit!
The aesthetic in the newer updates blow me away with how good they are! It makes me remember a yume nikki fangame isn't only good based on its effects.
There are a few bugs, although it doesn't take away from the game very much. I like the creativity Layton uses in this game (like the phone, for example) by implementing mechanics I never even thought possible in RPG Maker. A true must play.
I LOVED this one. The atmosphere, the effects, the endings, the plot, everything.
