These are games that have inspired games I have released or games that are likely to inspire my future work.
Paratopic does so much so well. I think it's been reading my mind.
Amazing use of Bitsy I really want to do some similar stuff!
A wonderful exploration of narrative in a simple format.
These are my brothers comics and my brother is one of my biggest influences obviously.
Perhaps my favorite puzzlescript game ever. A wonderful open world puzzle with beautiful colours. It's all about going home and relaxing.
A beautiful game that tells a sad story with very little interaction or words.
Currently one of my favorite games I almost regret buying it in a bundle instead of paying the full price.
Gorgeous platformer that gives a peek into the world of Night In The Woods. A worthwhile and entertaining experience.
The art in this is great and the atmosphere too. I spent a long time wandering around.
The touching sequel to Home. This game tells its story wonderfully. The characters in Raius's games are well written for a relatively new game developer.
A touching little story by a close friend. Really sweet game.
This game is perfect in every way. I love all of nuups work and this in particular is one of my favorite games by them.
Backterrias work is a big inspiration for me and this is the first of their work I played. This little puzzle had me occupied for a surprisingly long time. Everything in this game is great from art to level design to atmosphere. Playing this game is a fond memory of mine.
A beautiful game. The atmosphere and art style have influenced my work in many ways.
A game I need to return to more often to remind myself to work.
Magenta Skeleton is a game that is heavy in atmosphere while also presenting a bright and interesting space to explore.
I love how this game evokes the city despite being made entirely from cubes and planes. I also love to think about how this is Dylans personal idea of this city.
This is a great digital gallery and It's all made of cubes. All of the cubes being the same dull texture helps bring out the art. I also really enjoyed trying to escape.
