Free or relatively low-priced 3D animations, licensed to allow commercial use.
While there are lots of "free" assets on itch.io, many don't explicitly say what license they're offered under. Always check the licensing if you're creating a commercial product! Making assumptions can cause problems down the road.
The assets listed here are either CC0 (considered in the public domain, free to use, modify, etc. without attribution for commercial or personal use), or CC BY (basically, you can use for free so long as you give the creator credit).
For the paid assets, I use this pricing scale:

$$ = $5 - $10
$$$ = $10 - $15
$$$$ = $15 +

royalty free / commercial allowed (attribution not necessary but welcomed) - human animations, idle, jump, run
royalty free / commercial allowed (attribution not necessary but welcomed) - human animation, military, guns

royalty free / commercial allowed (attribution not necessary but welcomed) - human animations, spellcasting
royalty free / commercial allowed (attribution not necessary but welcomed) - human animations, melee combat, defeat, dodge
