first plays like survival horror, then plays like DOOM
freaked me out enough to recommend, though the ending... confounded me
makes you feel like your brain is malfunctioning
extremely well written short narrative - play for the story, not the gameplay
you will encounter glitches and need to reload a lot, but it still manages to be impressive, beautiful, interesting, and genuinely fun + challenging
this one took me a few tries. still no clue what it's about. 5 stars

genuinely spooked me a few times. watch out for minor bugs
simple, but unique and compelling concept. recognized the font they use. it's called "bradley hand"
if you were at all interested in the folklore mentioned in NitW, you're going to want to check this out.
overrated by now, and definitely not for everybody, but i thought it did what it did very well. check for content warnings if you have a history of mental illness.
