Zines I likePage 3

a collection by Monazone · last updated 2025-11-12 10:49:58

A collection of zines I enjoyed greatly. They bring me joy, they inspire me, they move me, they're beautiful, they're fun. Give them some love!

my illustrated mental hospital diary

Ilustrated diary about a week long stay in brain jail. Very alive writing, full of personality, and the presentation and illustration are really nice. The mix of heavyness and light-heartedness of real life.

the lesbian vore zine

Erotic zine with an incredibly expressive and charming artsyle. Really amazing page design, style and pretty sexy. Fat girls <3

poem-formatted procgen stew

Procedurally generated poems, organized by a human, about ants!

The objetivity of the descriptitions, the repetitiveness and the variations creates meaning and an ant feeling, while still feeling moving at times.

Furry fashion zine

Fashion zine! Absolutely charming models. Very delightful, very stylish.

a zine about becoming

Raw and honest zine about transness, disability and politics. Very visually captivating.

instructions for play

An extremely charming, joyful, and humorous journey of space exploration. Little guys, collage and a few meta elements.

a 16-page zine about bodies and bodies of water

So raw, beautiful, horrible, real, and large. Gorgeous images and strong words.

Midnight VHS from 1999-12-31

A retelling of an obscure media experience, with really fanstastic presentation.

a digital collage, poetry & prose zine about queer flags

An excelent zine on a wonderful concept masterfully executed. Great prose, strong poetry, flags carried with meaning, esoteric queerness at it's most true form. Really wish this had a print version.

A zine about those who manifest their feelings in creative ways

Wonderfully amusing story about a Chilean habit for those with bad manners.

a meditation on performance of the self; Lazurus, Malcolm Tucker & Me.

Essay about the self, looking at Lazarus of Bethany, and Malcolm Tucker from The Thick of It. Visually striking and very interesting.

The future of transgressive art

Horror story about perfomance art and the blurry relationships between artist, art piece and audience, told through multiple excerpts of interviews and reports. Disturbing and excelent! Print it if you can!

is it true that the only way to bring a hawk down to earth is to kill it?

A delicate, imensely rich, moving monologue.

4 poems about invertebrates, queer/trans joy, identity, resilience, and love

Poetry about queerness from the view of invertebrates, a great concept delicately well-executed.

erotic sci-fi zine

Collection of sci-fi short stories. Erotic, violent, beautiful, visceral, just excellent writing. I love it!

a short horror zine

Eerie, horror zine. Good mix of images and writing. Specially like that it's horizontal.

reflections through the prose of Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley

Collection of excerpts from Mary Shelley's works on romantic friendship, an absolute wonderful concept. Lovely and emotional zine.

Issue 1: Concrete Poetry & Erasure

Powerful and moving concrete poetry and blackout poetry. Combining words and visuals in a very emotional, raw, striking way. It's great!
