Video games that you really should play, or at least keep an eye on. <3
A fascinating little exploration game, one that's really quite hard to describe. Just... give it a go. It's really quite interesting.
This is a fascinating little... thing, that I'm not sure how to describe. It's an audio-visual treat, and that's all I really have to say. Also; I had to leave behind a P.A.L. bot in a colourful void and now I feel like a piece of shit.
It's a text adventure... Just play it. It's worth it.
A Bonkers, fast placed, old school first person shooter. It's great fun. go play it. like, right now.
This is my favourite kind of utterly odd, entertaining sillyness.
This is a great cyberpunk exploration game with a lo-fi Retro-futuristic aesthetic, a great soundtrack and interesting, minimal story.
A great game with an interesting premise, all wrapped up in some great presentation (with a pretty rad soundtrack to boot). Definitely worth going through at least once.
It's a game about hacking stuff. It's also super addictive. It's taught me that I would be an awful hacker. Go play it. It's fun.
Less of a game and more of a bit of software based art, I quite enjoyed being taken along for this very chilled ride. It's a quick one, but it's got brilliant art direction and great music.
Somebody came up with the idea of combining the gameplay of Hotline miami with the slow motion of Superhot. This somebody is a genius.
A fantastic little puzzle game that was made for the Myst jam that both looks and sounds really pretty, and features some quite nice puzzles. Definitely worth a play.
Off peak is fascinating; There's a wide range of little things to find and stories to discover, paired with a fantastic soundtrack by Archie Pelago. Inviting and more than a little strange.
Take the simplicity of flappy bird and mix it with insane levels of visual glitch madness, dash in some self-awareness and pac man, and you have one hell of a game...
This is one of those games that plays with what a video game is, and There's not much i can say without spoiling it. give it a go.
It's Hotline Miami with a gravity-gun. what else do i need to say?
This game is two games. those two games work together. I Don't want to spoil much else; I am not sure i have ever seen a game do what this game does. Very unique.
A unique little platformer-esque game set in a cute little universe. [NOTE: unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be available anymore. which is a shame, cause it was lovely]
Skelemania is a little platformer with a nice visual style and great soundtrack. It's simple yet challenging and it's very engaging.
A surreal exploration game with an exquisite visual style. The further you get into the game, the strnager it gets; It's definitely something worth experiencing for yourself...
Imagine what would happen if you could dive right into a broken world; that's exactly what this game is. a beautifully surreal audio and visual experience. Currently in development.
This is a lovely, quirky little first person adventure with great art direction, a great soundtrack and tons of personality.
A really cool little toy to play and chill with. 7 letters become a beautiful sun with wonderful music. It's very therapeutic.
I've always been fascinated by the premise of this; to take ten seconds and make it into a ten minute experience. The awe inspiring landscape with the amazing sound track make this a beautiful space to be in.
A cosmic forest is... uh, a cosmic forest? Listen, I just... I'm lost. I can feel my spinal fluid leaking. I see colours everywhere. Please, somebody send help.
By the developer of the incredible 'Papers, please', This is a 1-bit game that sees you pieceing together the story of the Obra Dinn. It looks amazing. Currently in development.
A fun little top-down shooter with a brilliant visual style and wonderfully smooth controls; A sample (unforunately small) shooter that is still very entertaining.
