This collection of creations by other people is part of a series about LGBTQIA creations on itch.io. This collection is about people who have intersex conditions, which are many sorts of naturally occurring differences from conventionally accepted categories of male and female bodies. (This collection is not about sexes that only exist in nonhuman animals or in fantasy stories.) Some people with intersex conditions don't see those as a reason that they are part of the LGBTQIA community, or prefer to say they have a disorder of sex development (DSD). That's okay, that's their choice as individuals. The LGBTQIA community, for its part, nonetheless would do right to make sure that intersex people can feel welcome and included if they want to be, and to have solidarity with one another in our shared struggles for legal rights for equal marriage, bodily autonomy, and health care around the world.
This collection is part of my directory of other people's creations on itch.io, Curated Collections of LGBTQIA, where you can find more collections about other topics. I personally select and review each creation in them, even if they are different than my own views or experiences.

About: A zine on intersex rage. Highly recommended reading. From the author's summary:
"Intersex people are among the lesser-known minorities in the world, even and especially within queer communities. Looking up 'intersex' anywhere gives a 80% chance of getting results completely unrelated to the subject at hands. If intersex folks are ever mentioned, there is a high chance it's in a very superficial 'intersex people exist!' way, that does not dig on any reality of being intersex. Misinformation about intersex people is rampant, and actual intersex voices are rarely ever uplifted to correct that.
"Unfortunately, I cannot be publicly angry about that, because I would like to believe that most people don't mean any ill, and yelling at someone whose only crime is ignorance is kind of a dick move.
"This zine is ten pages of frustrations and rage I am not allowed to express anywhere else."
Vibe: The author notes, "the general tone of this zine is angry and accusatory. If you are looking to educate yourself on intersex people, I will redirect you to this zine, which is much more perisex-friendly."
