Great writing, amazing animation, detailed and intricate mechanics for both the game world and our 'subject of interest'... and the ui is subject to the worst of RPG maker. If you can get past the lack of easy accessibility, then there's an amazing game to enjoy. Oh, and the cheat code is:

Stock up on fertility potions and savescum for what you're looking for, when the time comes. I don't believe there's any breeding kink content, but the 'breed' in 'breeding kink' is at least there.
Tags list there's impregnation in this game, and the sandbox premise is enticing. If someone tries this, please tell me if this game is good, or if it's just as questionable as I believe it to be.
It's quite a slog to get there, but I've heard of the impregnation content in this game, it just takes an absurd amount of time. It makes much better use of koikatsu animation than most, though, so don't be discouraged by that aspect.
I've been told it's in the game. It has good animation and art direction besides, so it isn't that much of a slog to get through.

I only put this on the list to expressly say that this is NOT a good visual novel, nor does it have great animations, nor does fulfill this collection's namesake. Look elsewhere.
There's a LONG, long windup period to get past before you can get to the 'good part', but when you do, the going gets good. Lots of breeding kink content to be enjoyed, here, and a harem to boot.
I'm personally not a big fan of futanari, but if you love that, or are able to look past that, this is a good contender in this collection.
Animations and art are surprisingly really, REALLY good when it come to the h-scenes. The impregnation content is equally surprising in complexity, however, so if you like watching bellies grow, and mechanics regarding fertile periods, this is the game for you. Penis Awe is also a BIG (pun unintended) part of this game.
For those who came here just for this collection's namesake, it's a lot of effort to get to the 'good' part, but it's worth it when you do. It does break the story quite a bit, however.
I have yet to try it, but I would be remiss to not include it.
Improves on some ways from the first in the series, though there's a bit of bloat in terms of travel and and exploration. Definitely scratches that itch, however.

Not only is it an excellent game in it's own right, across the board, it's easily moddable, enabling two things I prefer in porn games: a cheat menu, and more breeding kink content.

An expansive RPG with a plethora of impregnation content... that I really didn't have the patience to reach.
Has the 'impregnation' fetish listed, though I haven't played it to see how extensive that is.
There's impregnation but no pregnancy, which is fine for most, even for those of the fold, but for those looking to grow bellies, this is probably not it.
Another that I didn't have the patience to see through; there's at least the guarantee that there's content of the type we're looking for, here.
