When I set out to write a sequel to Ascension Chapter, I wasn't expecting it to turn out as a full-length novel. When I had only just started writing, I aimed to make this the best thing I had ever written, which is probably why I spent a lot longer editing this than I originally expected. I think the months spent editing was worth it for the final result, though. As for whether it really is my best piece of writing... I'll leave that up to the readers.
It was really fun writing this and a bit of a challenge, too. Whilst I've done creative writing in the past, this is the longest thing I've ever written. I have plenty of ideas for future novels, but I hope I can fit them in eventually whilst still not forgetting about the games...
