Still under dev. A visual novel game. Has two routes for characters. The route I went with meets this list's standard.  Currently only one lady can become pregnant but others are planned.  Cheat codes to speed things along. The animation is stop and go and can fluctuate style. Some of but definitely not all scenes are in the gallery, so save ahead or during a scene to watch again.  I'll be watching this game and I'll update when I can as it seems new builds might cost $. Still under dev. From the makers of SHELTER. A visual novel game with light rpg elements. Meets this list's standard.  Right now all the main ladies can be impregnated or not, your choice. There is only one that shows up later as pregnant, though, at time of this review Nov. 2024.  Given the choice in-game, I have to think pregnancy show and sex will be in game for most.  Basically, there are two routes for the main ladies. Just to be clear, I'm not sure if the domination route has pregnancy in it. I'll flesh out this review once the game is complete, but shaping up to be very similar as an H game to SHELTER regarding this genre. It is definitely improved on mechanically and more from SHELTER as a game.  Some bugs in game so be sure to save. Gallery present. Great illustration art. H scenes are still images that shift forward, and not animated. (finished a build of it)

Still under dev, but possibly RIP. No dev since 2020. It had promise and some interesting concepts and game strategy elements.  It is still worth a look despite not being too far along as an H genre strategy game. If a bug occurs, just hit go back. A hybrid human-animal trait breeding. Impregnation is not present to this list's standard. (finished a build of it)

Does not meet this list's standard as it is more of an immaculate conception. Holy impregnation story. Simple puzzle games between story beats that lead to a preggo and an exaggerated preggo character model. Short in browser game. (finished)

Still under dev technically, but seems fairly complete. Meets this list's standard. Many but not all ladies can become pregnant. Visual novel and romancing game. Multiple endings. Scenes are still images and not animated. No gallery so save often. You can end up speed running H scenes but you can backtrack. On GOG and Steam (Still playing through.)

A 3D action adventure game. Creatures ravage the MC. There is a cheat mode which helps. Protagonist can become pregnant in-game. She goes through pregnancy with an enlarging pregnancy bump. H scenes are in game generated and will show you in whatever term you are in. Pregnancy ends by birthing a slug regardless of the father, it seems. After birth you are free to get re-impregnated or not.

Still under dev. A 3D action adventure game. Quite a few improvements and balances made in the patreon vers. There are cheat options which help in a number of ways. Protagonist can become pregnant in-game, meeting this list's standard. She goes through pregnancy with an enlarging pregnancy bump. It actually takes quite a bit of time to develop to full term. Playing pregnant is a handicap to the MC without cheats. Pregnancy ends by birthing an egg regardless of the father. After birth you are free to get re-impregnated, if you want. H scenes are in game generated and will show you in whatever status you are in. The animations and models are quite good. It has a lot of good things going for it as a game and H game. My only let down on the H scene side is that they have no creampie reveal, so I hope that will come. Really smooth scenes. Details on models and their animations are superb. (finished a build.)

Game still under dev. It technically meets list's standard. A cartoon animated H scene game that lets you have your way with these toon ladies.  Some are recognizable toons. It seems like this is more of a phone based scene setup and viewing game. The animation is good to alright. It is alright because there are a few bugs. (Creampies can float on the toon model.) There is a minimal story about running a "business" and unlocks by doing things in scenes with the toons, upgrading business, etc. The game's story doesn't propel the impregnation, which is maybe a thing folks who like this genre actually want i.e. romancing or story driving the need to breed. Essentially, this game plays H scenes. Doing things in-grame unlocks stuff.  Regarding scenes, you pick the position, where, pick what is done during the scene, pick out what the toon wears and toon's attributes on a side panel for the scene.  This includes pregnancy bump toggle immediately after a creampie in the scene you are playing.  There are usually, but not always, pregnancy belly bumps you can add on to your toon per scene.  If you want an impregnation or romance to pregnancy story, you will have to use your imagination.  Pre-setting and saving a toon build in each scene, pre-plan a story to play out in your head for a toon, plan each scene, and go through it. Patreon supporters get more toons and options for stuff in game. (finished a build of it on PC)

Game still under dev. A fun rpg! Hilarious script, enjoyable characters and a good tongue and cheek H story. Like a feature length porn comedy movie but better jokes. Regarding this list's standard, however, technically you breed goblins. They pop out kids even. However, the goblins never show as pregnant. Pregnancy is a note in an actual notebook you have to open and check on. There isn't a sperm/egg image either. This one does not meet the list's standard.  I'll update the review should things change. (Still playing through a build.)

Breed Town 3 "quality over quantity H scenes" for #3! Go check out the game page. Being it is Breed Town, I'm going to say it is very likely it meets this list's standard. (I have not played it yet.)

Game is under development. Seems to be half or more finished. A dungeon explorer, strategy game and visual novel combined. I encourage players to do the full side quests and not skip them for H scenes and story reasons. (For story/game progression, read...story/town NPC text. If you do not, you will likely lose real life time as you will be stuck in your in-game progress.) Seduce or Ravage women you meet.  Impregnation and preg sex are definitely there. You can re-impregnate the women in the game immediately after they have their kid. There is a scene gallery but certain scenes don't seem to be there. Save multiple times pre and post to get all the scenes. Also available on Steam. (finished a build of it) (Consent sensitivity warning if you play the ravage side.)

A visual novel type game. An early work of the folks who made S.H.E.L.T.E.R. with impregnation and pregnancy sex possible, etc. Slide show more than animation is a down side but the art does look good. Art is fantasy based. (finished)

Still under dev. but it has come a long way. Game has light rpg MC stat gameplay mechanics and a straight forward visual novel story system. There are some "extra" story bits, similar to Bugs and Slugs. The game meets this list's standard for the ladies in it. I recommend it for fans of this genre.  You can eventually get your ladies to want to be bred among other things.  It has a mechanic with safe days, ovulation, and reimpregnation. There are pregnancy stages and sex scenes.  There might be an NTR/cuck impregnation possibility in there too under bdsm.
You do activities and "romance" the ladies to unlock scenes, outfits, and "willingness" to do more. Some aspects of the story and gameplay have a state check for the mc's stats. Think Baldur's Gate 3 dialogue checks. Writing is great. Kink preferences can be turned on and off including pregnancy.  Doesn't appear to have a gallery, but once you work out where what is located you can get to scenes quickly.  Animation is stop start variety. To some detriment it appears that the graphics, including sex scene detail, are fairly low-fidelity.  Supporting the dev gets you cheat codes. The free itch vers is essentially current build; go try it. (still playing through a build of it)

A visual novel game. Definitely leans HARD into this genre. Definitely go get this game, if you like this genre. The ladies by mid game demand to be bred. No gallery so save often. (finished)
A quick note about Whiteleaf's Family Breeding on Steam and Dawn of Malice, very similar games, it does not meet this list's standard. If you like creampies, go for it.  Game description on the store page makes you think it will end like Tamas Awakening. I had to say something here.

An RPG type game (not started)

Visual novel type game. The actual last scenes of season 2 meets this list's standard. (finished)

A visual novel, little quests for romance type game. Definitely plays into this genre and meets list's standard. Go get this one. Ladies can get knocked up again and again. It is actually encouraged with new scenes!  This game has good pacing and story. Nice animation as well. Gallery for scenes. (Finished)

A visual novel type game. Definitely can be played into this genre as there is a pregnant harem ending route. H scenes are still images and not animated. I don't like playing in to the family fling thing so I rename relationships in game. I enjoyed the art and story.  No gallery for scenes in game so save often.  Game comes with bonus content H gallery and in game file illustrations.  A definite go get, if you like this genre. A visual novel type game. There is one specific character that can be knocked up to meet list's standard.  All other ladies cannot be knocked up. (finished)

A rpg/monster breeding with the MC kind of game. Different parts of the MC can be impregnated! They then get bigger! (played demo)

A visual novel game with nice updated animations. No impregnation to this list's standard! Pregnancy is supposed to come in via dlc, but it has stalled. There are implied pregnancies in the game. (finished both parts)

Go get this one... game is still under dev. Dev. is recoding so "new" updates are stalled due to migration. The playable size is fairly lengthy in the discontinued engine. A fun little quest for romance type rpg with mini games. Fluid "cartoon style", controllable pacing/length of H scenes. An impregnation rng mechanic.  Lots of great fun nods in the game. Most H scenes, but not all, can be re-triggered in game via actions retaken.  Unfortunately, if you have skip dialog on ahead of a H scene, you can speed run a scene, and there is no back button. There is a scene gallery. Quite a lot of the ladies can become pregnant and re-impregnated after nursing.  There are some game story delays for getting ladies pregnant.  Once they announce their pregnancy they are kind of stuck at a locale. Worse, with one exception they don't want sex with the mc until post nursing. A quick note on creampies, the creampie reveal illustration after pullout is well done.

A true sequel! A larger game both in size, scope and higher quality art than the first.  Go get this game if you are a fan of this genre. Pregnant women show is still at game's conclusion. A fun well written fetch RPG to boot. For story reasons play the first one, listed below, ahead of this game. Again the whole plot is breeding women but now you give them multiple pregnancies.  I highly recommend you follow the walkthrough and save periodically in a different slot, especially if you forward text (x key). Also one character has a romance point system and there is also a hidden lady. You can slightly change the game's ending outcomes for the ladies involved by what you choose.  (100% finished it!)

The whole plot is breeding women so you can breed a woman. Meets list standard. Pregnant women show at game's conclusion.  They are preggo via a still image. Fun and funny little RPG. I highly recommend you follow the walkthrough and save periodically in a different slot. Running out of money will hold you up from progressing. The BreedTown franchise is definitely recommended if you like this genre. (finished)
