Hello! My name is Ajdin Talic, a 21 year old student game programmer in Yrgo Gothenburg. Here are the game projects I've worked on and my role in each project!
Also feel free to check out my Artstation:

3D Game made in Unreal Engine 5
Developed by a team of 4 programmers and 3 artists, where everyone played a huge and equal role in the development:
Programmer: My primary responsibility was creating the player and it's movement. I also contributed to most aspects of the game, assisting teammates and taking over certain tasks when needed. All scripts were made using Blueprints.
VFX Lead: I created the majority of the VFX and was the lead in their implementation and setup. VFX particles were made with Niagara.
Game and Level Designer: I worked closely with my team to design the game's theme and gameplay, initiated the level designing and started laying out a base for all the levels.

I made Shape Shuffler on my own, serving as a way of familiarizing myself with Unreal and to learn and practically use Blueprints, Materials and Niagara Systems.
The game idea was inspired by how Unreal Engine handles Pawns - You can control all Pawns, but you have to 'possess' them before being able to respond to player input.
Additionally, I built the game's level using an asset pack to put together the world.
2D Game Made in Unity
Destructoids, similarly to Shape Shuffler, is a solo project of mine. However, unlike Shape Shuffler, I've personally created and animated all the assets using Aseprite.
My Primary goal of this project, Destructoids, is to create a polished end product by starting with an existing IP as a base and then adding my own unique touches to it.
2D Game Made in Unity
In our first large-scale project, I teamed up with 2 programmers and 3 artist to design and build a whole game. Where my role in the project was:
Design Lead: I created the initial game proposal document that outlined our game, and I continued to be the main designer shaping the game's direction as we developed it.
Programmer: My main task was developing the player movement and animation systems for all the characters, and I also worked on the enemy AI.
Level Design: We all worked together to plan out the levels. After the prototyping I took the responsibility designing the levels, including placing the lighting and obstacles.
VFX Lead: Responsible for most of the particle effects

I collaborated with the same team as in the Flesh And Stone project for the Global Game Jam 2023 commission. Our task was to design and create a game, and the theme for this project was "Roots."
A ton of Coffee and Energy drinks were harmed in the making of it.
