It was my first time working in our team of three. Once again, the music was on me. I wanted to make it adaptive, but due to my lack of experience with Unity, I managed to code only a very basic version of it. Due to bugs in the audio manager, some parts wouldn't even play. This has been a big disappointment. I think I have written good melodies previously, but starting with this game I started to make decent arrangements as well.
This was the first time I didn't code the game. Only the music and levels were on me. At the time I was starting to get into rhythm games, so I really wanted to make one. My main idea was to make a game with prompts that are easy to hit, but difficult to read. I think it was a successful experiment overall. Apart from the last level, which is unbeatable due to a bug.
My second gamejam entry. It was one of the longer ones - a week long. So I managed to do a decent job at coding. We wanted to make a Zach-like, not sure if it came through, but programming it was a lot of fun. I again did the music. The electronic variation could use some work, but the acoustic piece is still pleasant to listen to.
My first gamejam entry. The first and only time I signed up for compo in Ludum Dare. To this day I am content with the music and pixel art. I wasn't experienced with DAWs, so I wrote everything in Bosca Ceoil. But the melody is very cool, I want to remaster it someday. The colors are hard on the eyes, I know. Later I changed the color palette and it looked really nice.
