Incredible asset bundle with huge potential offering modular sets with a full spectrum of color variations for overworld tiles, exteriors and interiors! An incredible asset as far as top down characters go you'd be hard press to find many better with a lot of care and passion clearly poured into it's extensive list of high quality animations
One of the best monster packs out for top down games in my opinion, great monsters, nice variety and quantity and great animations
Another great asset pack by Pixivan with big potential for crafting and vendor application, or just populating your cities, towns, villages etc. Pixivan is another developer who offers incredible value for pay you want so be sure to support if you can!

This is a monster pack from Pipoya but he has an extensive library of assets available that should cover just about any top down needs all of which are stellar quality.
